I'm Cindy Petrovich, a realtor with Platinum Properties Real Estate. The California central coast really has it all when you're shopping for real estate. One of the many wonderful things about our area is that if you're into the beach front homes or view homes in Morro Bay or any of our coastal cities, you only have a 30-40 minute drive to get a wine fix in Paso Robles or Templeton, to visit the hundreds of wineries and vineyards in the area. ... and just a short 15 - 20 minute drive to downtown SLO for all your entertainment and shopping needs. ... and vice-versa for folks in the inland areas to get to the coast in 15-30 minutes, depending on your locale.Throughout the year the CA Central Coast has numerous wine, art, and music festivals, and hosts it's own International Film Festival annually. Activities in the area include something for everyone, young and old.
SLO County is home to maritime and history museums, rodeos, theatrical and music shows, high tech companies, campgrounds, hiking trails, water sports, boating, education facilities, such as Cal Poly University and Cuesta College, fine dining, antique shops, country and coastal vineyard scenic drives, our own CA Mid-State Fair, the rare sights of the elephant seals, Hearst Castle, clean air, no traffic, and much more.
